Mission Statement

To encourage and equip people with both knowledge and practical guidance, for living fitter and healthier lifestyles, that are affordable and sustainable.
Fiternal intends to meet the communities need to enjoy activities promoting fitness, and understand the importance of nutrition. We also aim to place a new, increased emphasis on the involvement of parents and guardians, so that they too understand and acknowledge the importance of exercise and nutrition. Educating children and encouraging them into a routine is positive, but without the rest of the family coming on board, the effect of any work within schools will be negated by their home lifestyles. For this reason we also offer Fiternal's classes to children and families outside of schools. This will not only maintain their fitness during extended holiday periods, but encourage participants to keep up the good work.
Our desire is to increase confidence and self esteem, improve fitness, wellbeing, social skills and body awareness.
"Spark young people's imagination and enthusiasm for learning. It will help them realize their potential and engage other young people across the UK and around the world." www.london2012.com
Variety is a necessity, so we endeavour to work towards matching goals. There is nothing more rewarding than sparking someone's imagination, motivating them, and helping them to feel better about themselves and achieving their full potential.
